Hi! I'm Cayla Ranice.
I'm a Habit Coach, Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, & Professional Life Coach.
I attended online studies at Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition and graduated from their Tier 1 Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach diploma program in November of 2018 as well as their Tier 2 Advanced Holistic Nutrition diploma program in July of 2019. In August of 2020 I completed a Certified Professional Life Coaching program.
My main focus is Habit Coaching. And here's why:
What I've learned since graduating and working with clients these past two years is that most of us know what we should be doing and what will be best for our health and happiness on a personal level. Where the problem lies is in the actual implementation of the habits that are necessary to get us to where we want to be.
This is where I come in!
My personal health journey began in 2012 when my dad passed away from brain cancer at the young age of 52. Through this experience I realized that what I was doing to my body was harming me, both physically and mentally. I struggled with binge eating and emotional eating, poor self-image, self-harm and a lack of knowledge about what was nutritious for my body. I was filling myself up with garbage and negativity, and as a result my physical and mental health were suffering. I had unhealthy toxic habits and I wasn't setting my environment up for success.
I had to learn how to create healthy habits that helped me become the person that I truly wanted to be. And I had to show up consistently each and every day and take small manageable baby steps toward my goals. I've come a long way in my journey, but that journey still continues today. And it always will. As will yours! There is no endpoint, but rather a constant process that requires you to show up and put in the work every day.
I'm deeply passionate about helping you break down your biggest health and wellness goals into daily actionable baby steps that are sustainable long term. And it is only through building healthy habits and having a positive mindset toward yourself and what you are trying to accomplish that you can truly make progress.
Working with me one-on-one will leave you with the tools and resources to be able to understand your current habits, build new healthy habits, and succeed each and every day through small consistent actions. You will understand your deeper why behind your goals and have a clear plan for how to progress forward. You will understand the science behind habits and nutrition and be more in tune with your body.
It took me a long time to learn that my habits and daily behaviors were the key to reaching my goals. And it took many different paths to understand how it all plays into health and wellness. But together, we can set you on the right path toward becoming the happiest and healthiest you that you've been dreaming of.
